Georg is a senior finance expert with 14+ years of international experience across Europe and Southeast Asia, built inside high-growth e-commerce, marketplace, and SaaS companies.

His career began in Berlin's startup ecosystem in 2010, when he joined Zalando's performance controlling team during its hyper-growth phase. There, he developed a strong foundation in data-driven steering, KPI architecture, and scalable reporting structures.

Building on this foundation, Georg spent the following years in Asia, where he set up and led finance and controlling organizations for leading digital businesses such as Lazada, Ensogo, and Central Group — building, improving, and automating finance workflows, leading PMI and transformation projects, and producing reporting and planning that supported key board decisions.

Since 2020, Georg has applied this experience independently as a Fractional Finance Partner for founders and lean teams who need senior-level finance structure without a full-time hire. Working remote-first, he combines deep financial expertise with AI-enabled workflows to deliver clean, reliable reporting, planning, and controlling — fast, flexible, and right-sized for growing teams.
